poultry feed production line

A poultry feed production line is selected around mash, pellet or extrusion duty and around how those stages handshake with bins and bagging, not only around a mill nameplate. Cattle feed production line briefs on the same mill floor still need their own fibre and pellet-size notes; do not reuse a broiler mash sheet as if a dairy pellet were identical. This page is a line-interface review, not a promise that one cell will balance an entire mill.

Line interfaces

Operating context
Feed plants where a poultry feed production line must take ingredients from receiving and still leave cooling and packing able to match the mill. Cattle feed production line duty on the same site needs separate fibre, die and bag-weight notes; do not treat one t/h figure as interchangeable across species.

Line interfaces: Upstream

Record ingredient condition, target particle size, mash versus pelleted versus extruded form, and whether a cattle feed production line share of the mill uses the same hammer mill. Ask which recipe limits grinding, conditioning or pelleting output. Upstream dryers or oil tanks only belong in this RFQ if the line must handshake with them.

Control boundary

Steam to the conditioner, die diameter in millimetres and cooling t/h are quoted methods, not implied by a poultry mill brochure. Duty cycle includes how often recipes change and whether batch identity is sampled after a medicated run. A comparison of single-machine SAT versus whole-house SAT belongs here: who owns bags that arrive hot because the cooler cannot keep the mill’s duty.
